PICR Fund III $5.01M of New Equity Added in Q2
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, California – July 15, 2016– Pintar Investment Company (PIC), an entrepreneurial real estate investment management firm based in Orange County, today announced it raised an additional $5.01M of new equity into its third fund – PICR Fund III.
PICR Fund III invests in single family homes on behalf of investors and provides reliable and consistent cash-on-cash returns, through income generated from rental assets and profits generated from the disposition of selected assets. PIC focuses on the Southern California and Las Vegas markets, where the company is able to secure existing free-standing homes below replacement cost and peak values. The company then uses its proprietary operational platform to improve the assets and lease or sell them quickly.
The $5.01M in new equity during Q2 brings the total equity invested in PICR Fund III to approximately $36.5M. This continues a strong trend of investor confidence and provides much-needed capital for the company’s new assets.
